Catherine Cowell and Sean Kennedy are personal development and leadership coaches who work together to provide workshops to businesses, churches and voluntary organisations. For several years Catherine was a leader at Church Without Walls.

Together, Catherine Cowell and Sean have established the Refuel Network, which provides coaching and training to leaders and individuals in churches, charities and small business. They help people to discover and move into their life calling and lead in a way that releases the God given potential of those around them.
